Shipping policy

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following successful payment.Order processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.Orders submitted after 4:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and delivery details.Please note that order processing time and shipping transit time are two distinct concepts.<
  • Shipping time: Currently, we offer shipping services to customers located in the United States and Canada.The range of available shipping destinations may vary depending on the service coverage areas of our carrier partners. If you are unable to select your region during checkout, it indicates that shipping services are currently unavailable for that destination.

  • Shipping Fees Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order details.

    Depending volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP.     Changes Request
    If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
